5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Granola

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup rice malt syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  1. Preheat oven to 180℃ and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine the peanut butter and rice malt syrup in a microwave-proof cup and heat on medium for 30 seconds or until melted.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add the melted peanut butter and syrup mixture and stir until all dry ingredients are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
  7. Enjoy!
