I stumbled upon Bianca on Instagram one day and was immediately drawn to her simplistic, elegant food styling.

Hello! Who are you and what do you do?

Hi there, I am Bianca, I’d like to think I am a stylist of all trades. From interiors to events and through to my favourite food!

What work are you most proud of to date?

I honestly am proud of everything that I have styled to date, I am completely in love with what I do and am fortune to be able to call this a career now.

From just having a little blog and instagram account to now getting the chance to work with some incredible businesses, I am extremely thankful to do this.

What was the turning point in your career?

The biggest turning point was when I got the chance to work with Marnie Hawson (photographer) when styling for The Gap Project on Green Press Juice’s website. It was a point in time when I thought I could actually do this and take it seriously.

From that job we have worked alongside each other on just about everything else and everything to come in the future. To find someone who thinks like you, works like you and has the same taste is a lucky thing to come across.

Who would you love to collaborate with one day?

Ok I can’t answer just one, that is impossible! Here is my short list haha. Emma Duckworth stylist, Kinfolk – doesn’t everyone, Donna Hay – the simplest styling and by far some of the best, Jamie Oliver – I don’t think I need to put the reason other than he can do no wrong, styling heaven! & Robert Gordon they have incredible products, I shop there every week and their styling is some of the best.

What’s your number one tip for someone wanting to start their own business/blog?

Do what you love, always trust your gut. I have chosen to not listen to my head or gut and it sadly took me in the wrong direction. Do what you want, stick to things your passionate about and it will pay off.

Where can we find you online?
