Simple Berry Smoothie recipe

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  1. Add the frozen berries, coconut water and chia seeds to the bowl of the stick mixer, then blitz until smooth.
  2. Check your mixture for consistency, and add a little more coconut water if required.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
