Heat the cream up into the microwave until warm (not boiling) and then add finely chopped chocolate, stirring until melted and combined.
Place the tart shell on a tray and pour the white chocolate ganache until just full.
Place the tray in the fridge for the chocolate ganache to set, around an hour.
Meanwhile, combine strawberries, sugar and balsamic vinegar in a small ovenproof dish.
Roast the berries for 10 minutes and allow to cool.
Once the tart has set, pile on the cooled roasted strawberries. Add a final dusting of icing sugar if you desire.
